Zoraida, better known as Sarina was born and raised a Jersey girl. She specializes in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties as well as consulting for investing purposes.

Sarina'a achievements include working with her family on buying and selling properties over the years, and renovating homes with her husband. Sarina also achieved the Bronze Award Level for Circle of Excellence in 2022 as a first year agent. Proving the level of commitment she presents to her clients.

Her primary market consists of the Jersey Shore area of NJ to which she says, \"I am very confident that the Jersey. Shore would provide a great home for any kind of buyer! Growing up at the Jersey Shore has provided me with precious memories of beaches, boardwalks and delicious meals at the local restaurants. The close travel proximity to the beaches, NYC, the farms, and the mountains is just another benefit of buying here at the Jersey Shore.\"

When it comes to working closely with her clients she always aims for transparency. She says, I feel it is important to lead first with integrity, respect and kindness, which then creates a solid foundation to do great business together. And fun, I love having fun with my clients during the selling or buying process! Laughter is great medicine!

In her spare time Sarina enjoys spending time with her husband, children and five French Bulldogs, coaching Basketball and Softball at her daughters' school, spending time with friends, serving at her local church and taking trips to the Gulf Coast to soak up the sun.
